What is Arbitrage? Buying an asset on one exchange at a lower price and selling it on another at a higher price simultaneously.
Types of Arbitrage:
- Spatial Arbitrage: Different prices on different exchanges (Binance vs. Bybit)
- Triangular Arbitrage: Exploiting price differences between three currency pairs
- Cross-Border Arbitrage: Price differences between countries (e.g., Korea Premium)
- Decentralized Arbitrage: Price differences between DEXs and CEXs
