Terms of Service
By using Digital Silk Route ("DSR", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — they cover risk, payments, and dispute resolution.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Marketplace
Buyers purchase digital products from independent sellers. DSR facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of record unless stated. Sellers warrant they have the right to distribute what they list and are responsible for accurate descriptions, refunds and support.
4. Seller onboarding
Sellers must complete onboarding, pass our review, and remain in good standing. We may suspend or remove listings that violate IP rights, contain malware, or breach these terms.
5. Payments & fees
We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, Stripe and USDT. Platform fees apply to marketplace sales as disclosed during listing. Payouts are made on the schedule shown in your seller dashboard.
6. Refunds
Digital goods are eligible for refund within 7 days if materially different from the description or non-functional. Course subscriptions are pro-rated.
7. DSR & crypto-related services
DSR is a utility token. Buying, holding or using DSR carries risk including total loss. Nothing on DSR is investment advice. You are responsible for tax and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. Crypto services operate under the PVARA framework where applicable.
8. Academy & training
Educational content is provided as-is. Trading results vary; past performance does not guarantee future returns. We make no income guarantees.
9. Acceptable use
No illegal content, harassment, scraping at scale, reverse engineering, or use of DSR to facilitate fraud or money laundering.
10. Intellectual property
DSR's brand, code and original content are owned by DSR. Seller content remains the property of its seller and is licensed to buyers per the listing.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you to DSR in the prior 12 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in advance via email or banner.
