- Seller data — business name, payout details, KYC documents (where required).
- Transaction data — purchases, invoices, payment gateway references.
- Usage data — pages viewed, device type, country (analytics).
- Communications — support tickets, newsletter opt-ins, contact form messages.
3. How we use it
- To operate the marketplace, academy and DSR ecosystem.
- To verify sellers and process payouts.
- To send service emails (receipts, security, product updates).
- To improve the product through aggregated analytics.
- To comply with Pakistani law, including SECP and PVARA requirements where applicable.
4. Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe, JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks), cloud infrastructure providers, and regulators when legally compelled.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies (login, cart) and optional analytics cookies. You can opt out of analytics via the cookie banner. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
Account and transaction records are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and audit obligations. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

8. Security
